In this 90-minute workshop, you will experience Restorative Yoga poses with the healing benefits of hot stone placement, combined with essential oils; as Nazanin leads you through a guided meditation and breathwork. Each shape (pose) is done on your mat with a number of props allowing the body to be fully supported at all times. A truly grounding, relaxing, restorative experience accessible to all.
